This Privacy Policy explains how Ollyeo, Inc. (“Ollyeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you use our mobile application(s), websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service, and it also works alongside any additional notices we provide at the time we collect data (for example, when you RSVP to an event or enable location).

1) WHO WE ARE

If you are using the Service in the United States, Ollyeo is the controller responsible for processing your personal information under this Privacy Policy.

2) SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect: - when you create an account, build a profile, or use features like “Olly” AI; - when you message, RSVP, create events, attend events, or otherwise interact on the Service; - when you visit our website(s) or communicate with us; - when you make purchases or payments through the Service.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information you provide directly to third parties or that third parties collect independently (for example: partner venues’ systems, payment processors’ own processing, or another user’s off-platform communications).

3) INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide; (B) information collected automatically; and (C) information from third parties.

3.1 Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Service, you may provide:

Account & Profile Information - name, username, password, email address, phone number - date of birth (or age confirmation), city/region - profile photos, bio, interests, preferences - optional demographic information you choose to share

Event & Community Information - events you create, host designation, event descriptions, location/time details - RSVPs, attendance confirmations, feedback - group/community memberships (if applicable)

Communications - messages, reports, support tickets, feedback submissions - content you submit through forms, surveys, or promotions

“Olly” AI Interactions - prompts, messages, and other inputs you provide to “Olly” - outputs delivered to you (and associated context)

Payments & Purchases - transaction records (such as subscription status, purchase history, receipts) - limited payment identifiers (for example, last four digits, transaction IDs) where available

Note: Payment card details are typically collected and processed directly by third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe, PayPal) under their own privacy policies.

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service, we may collect:

Device & Usage Information - device identifiers, OS and app version, device model - IP address, browser type, language, time zone - logs of feature usage, pages viewed, crash reports, performance data. If you grant us permission to do so, Ollyeo may access your device’s address book for the purpose of adding someone to your contacts.

Location Information - precise or approximate location depending on your device settings and permissions - location signals such as IP-based approximations

Cookies & Similar Technologies (Website and certain App contexts) - cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tools used for analytics, security, and functionality

3.3 Information We Collect From Third Parties

We may receive information from: - App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) relating to subscriptions and receipts - Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) relating to payment status, risk signals, chargebacks - Social sign-in providers if you choose to connect them - Analytics and advertising partners (if enabled) - Other users (for example, if another user reports you or tags you in content)

4) HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to operate, improve, and protect the Service. Common purposes include:

4.1 Provide and Maintain the Service

• create and administer accounts and profiles

• enable messaging, RSVPs, event creation, and participation

• personalize experiences, such as matching, recommendations, and event suggestions

• provide customer support and respond to requests

4.2 Safety, Integrity, and Enforcement

• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, scams, spam, and illegal activity

• enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and safety rules

• maintain platform integrity and protect users

4.3 Personalization, Analytics, and Improvement

• understand usage patterns and improve features

• measure performance and fix bugs

• run pilots, tests, and new feature experiments

4.4 Communications

• send service-related notices (account, safety, technical, administrative)

• send event-related communications (RSVP confirmations, updates, reminders)

• send marketing messages where permitted and according to your choices

4.5 Our Features and Services

• We use the information you provide (such as your profile details, stated interests, preferences, availability, approximate location, event feedback, and how you interact with the Service) together with certain automatically collected data (such as device and usage signals, and location if you enable it) to power “Olly” and related algorithms that recommend compatible events and suggest potential connections. These systems analyze patterns across your inputs and activity to estimate compatibility (for example, shared interests, conversation style, group-size comfort, preferred settings, and scheduling fit) and to generate or curate event ideas that are likely to be a good match. In doing so, we may use automated processing to rank, filter, and personalize recommendations, and we may use conversation inputs with “Olly” to provide AI-assisted suggestions (including generating event concepts, prompts, or logistics). You remain responsible for deciding what to do with any recommendations, and AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

4.6 “Olly” AI Features and Model Improvement

We use AI interaction data to: - provide “Olly” features, including conversation, suggestions, and coordination - improve our AI systems (including prompt handling, safety filters, and output quality)

Where feasible and appropriate, we may use de-identified and/or aggregated information for analytics and model improvement. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate.

5) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not share personal information except as described below.

5.1 With Other Users (Your In-App Visibility)

Certain profile and event information may be visible to other users depending on your settings and participation.

If you RSVP to an event, other attendees and/or the event host may be able to see information necessary for participation (for example: your name/username, profile photo, and limited profile details), consistent with your in-app visibility settings.

5.2 With Event Hosts, Organizers, and Co-Hosts

If you join a user-created event, the host may receive relevant attendee information to run the event (for example, attendee list, communications, basic profile details).

Important: Hosts may have their own obligations and practices. Information you share with a host is also subject to their handling and any applicable laws.

5.3 With Partner Venues and Event Sponsors (When Applicable)

If an event is hosted at or sponsored by a third party (e.g., a partner venue), we may share limited information as described to you at the time you RSVP (for example, headcount or a reservation name) where necessary to operate the event.

5.4 With Service Providers and Vendors

We share information with vendors that help us run the Service, such as: - cloud hosting and infrastructure providers - analytics and measurement providers - communications providers (email/SMS/push notifications) - customer support tooling - payment processors and fraud prevention

They are authorized to use personal information only as needed to provide services to us.

5.5 For Legal, Safety, and Compliance Reasons

We may access, preserve, and disclose information if we believe it is necessary to: - comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests - protect rights, safety, and security of Ollyeo, users, or others - investigate and prevent fraud or abuse

5.6 In Connection With Corporate Transactions

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5.7 With Your Consent or at Your Direction

We may share information when you explicitly ask us to or otherwise direct us to do so.

5.8 De-Identified and Aggregated Information

We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated in a way that does not reasonably identify you.

6) YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS

6.1 Account Information

You can review and change certain profile information in the app. Some information (e.g., date of birth/age confirmation) may be limited for integrity and safety reasons.

6.2 Location Controls

You can control location permissions via your device settings. If you disable location, certain features may not work properly.

6.3 Marketing Preferences

You can opt out of promotional communications by using unsubscribe links or adjusting in-app settings (where available). You may still receive non-promotional service messages.

6.4 Cookies and Tracking (Website)

You can manage cookies via your browser settings and (where provided) our cookie controls.

7) DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to: - provide the Service and maintain your account - comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations - prevent fraud and enforce our policies - resolve disputes and maintain records

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete it or de-identify it, subject to legal requirements.

We may deactivate accounts that are inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable law and operational needs.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it and terminate the account.

11) YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as: - Access (request a copy) - Correction (fix inaccurate data) - Deletion (request deletion, subject to exceptions) - Portability (receive certain data in a usable format) - Opt-out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising) - Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable)

11.1 California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: - know what personal information we collected, used, and disclosed - request deletion of personal information (with legal exceptions) - correct inaccurate personal information - opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as those terms are defined by California law), if applicable - not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

We do not provide different services solely because you exercise your privacy rights, but certain features may not function if we cannot process necessary data.

11.2 Other State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of another state with privacy laws, you may have similar rights (access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising/profiling). Where required, you may also have an appeal right if we deny a request.
