How to Delete Your Ollyeo Account
The fastest way is in the app: open Settings, tap Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. Your account is deactivated immediately and you'll receive an email confirming the request.
You can also request deletion by contacting us at support@ollyeo.com — for example if you can no longer sign in.
Important: If you choose to contact us via email, please set "Delete My Account" in the subject line, and ensure the email is sent from the email address associated with your Ollyeo account.
Data Deletion & Retention
When a user deletes their Ollyeo account, Ollyeo deletes personal all profile data, authentication data, preferences, photos, personal chat messages with the AI, AI memory of private conversations, embeddings, and matching data.
Shared records such as messages, event history, safety reports, and transaction records may be retained in anonymized or limited form when necessary to preserve the integrity of conversations/events, protect other users, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes. Your email address will be preserved, separated from the app functionality, and stored for the duration reasonably necessary subject to legal compliance.
Important Notes
- This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your personal data cannot be recovered.
- You can re-register. If you are invited back to Ollyeo in the future, you may create a new account. Your previous data will not be restored or linked to your new account.
How Long Does It Take?
Your account is deactivated immediately when you confirm the request, and deletion is completed within 30 days.
